• Mali Samaj is not liable for transaction issues arising from third-party payment gateways.

5. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their uploaded data and images. By uploading, you grant Mali Samaj a non-exclusive license to display and use such content within the platform.

6. Communication and Matchmaking

The platform facilitates contact and communication among members but does not guarantee successful matches or marriages. Users are solely responsible for verifying other members’ details before engagement.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account found violating our terms, engaging in fraud, or misusing the platform. Users may delete their account at any time.
